She has a child with Leavitt's brother. The child has never lived with the mother. Leavitt's brother has been married to another woman for almost a decade. The child lives with them.

BTW, the brother has been married only since 2022, not for a decade. Given the extent of your misrepresentation on this point, it seems likely that the veracity of your other claims is likewise ... lacking.

I can cite you 1000 cases of people in her exact scenario who don't get a bond out of ICE custody. Even the ones who are getting bond, ICE isn't stipulating to $1500 without appealing. This only happened because of her ties to the administration. It's another bull shite example of the elites having their own justice system.

No conservative has ever claimed to be perfect - we accept the fact that there are imperfect people in our midst - but we don't celebrate them.

Not sure how much work you have been doing at Oakdale (I know you said you only did it sporadically) but that changed back in September. Matter of Yajure Hurtado. It's very rare these days to get a bond, even with a federal class certification.

The immigration system is fully administrative, the judiciary has no day to day control over it. ICE, Department of Homeland Security- ICE OPLA to be exact, is the prosecuting attorney for immigration court. Bond is given either through stipulations or immigration judge order (IJ's are in EOIR which is under DOJ). So when I say ICE isn't stipulating to $1500 and/or not reserving appeal on bonds that low I am correct in 99.9% of cases.
