This has got to be money laundering. Their burn rate isn't in line with how much money everyone in the world is sending them. I think the EU has sent 1/4 or 1/3 of what we have.

Honestly that's what I've been thinking as well. UKR probably gave preferred status to certain companies who would break off a percentage as "payment for services rendered" to House reps.

Ransom? This is money for the MIC as a previous poster said.
Lloyd Austin already said the goal is to inflict as much damage economically on Russia as possible so we're letting Ukraine fight to the last man for selfish gain. Zalensky doesn't care about the Ukrainian people. He's not Ukrainian. His interest is economic and military resources needing to be used there and not shipped to Syria.
