Because the alpha ones are convicted felons and don't have the right to vote. The vast majority of black voters are women because so many men are apathetic or convicted felons.

Black males and females both have an interest in big govt. And it's not just welfare. It's employment. Thomas Sowell writes extensively about the huge gap between blacks in private sector jobs and blacks in govt jobs.
That's why when you go to city, state or federal office buildings you see so many black people.
Dems are the party of big govt so it's only logical for blacks to vote that way.
