the EU still uses MTBE as a fuel oxygenator in gasoline. Banned in the US for 2 decades thanks to CA banning its use claiming pollution. Cheaper than ethanol.

quote:Oh, it'll happen. The list of pre-empted pardons issued by Trump will look like a phone book.
The problem is that Musk can park $10B in Trump's coffers for a pardon, if you think that either Trump or Elon are above that, you're wrong.
But here's the thing - Musk will be adjudicated as a war criminal in Den Hague. No Trump pardon will protect him there. If convicted, he will no longer be allowed to travel to nor do business in ICC member countries.
A conviction will also be an indefensible basis for massive civil damage claims, with claims jurisdiction in not only every ICC member country, but every country in the world except the US. As SpaceX is rumored to have business interests outside the US and Rocket Boy is the majority share holder, these civil claims will not only be a slam dunk but could quite possibly lead to the break-up of said SpaceX. If they're lucky.
Lucky, you ask? If Musk's lawyers are going to get in front of such a massive liability, they need to ring fence each component of SpaceX. Now.
Transfer all of Musk's control into one component and legally and financially separate all the other components. That way, the Musk-controlled component takes the fall and the non-Musk components walk. But please boys and girls, do it yesterday. If the paperwork hits the ICC before this happens, it all goes down.
The problem of course is that Musk's whole self image is based on this ownership. So he won't do it.
Genius.

This child might still be alive if the air defense layer that intercepts jet powered strike drones had not been disabled by Musk.

The video of their funeral was posted on Twitter / X but was taken down after six hours. Four hours after that, it was allowed to appear again but could not be forwarded. But don't worry, we'll see it again. This video will be a court exhibit in Den Hague.
Radar tracking Data > Data of the defensive drone disabled > Data of strike location, the children's playground > Death Certificates.
This is why the trolls and bot farms have been working overtime with "Hacking Starlink" yesterday and "Loopholes" today. We'll see another lie tomorrow and another the next day. But there are no juries in Den Hague.
Funeral Video.

quote:2 Russian fighter pilots killed in mysterious daily Express U.S. crash
Russia has lost two of its top fighter pilots in a mysterious $50 million Su-30SM crash that the Kremlin is refusing to explain.
Colonel Oleg Yerofeyev, 52, and Lieutenant Colonel Vladimir Kochetov, 40, had accumulated nearly 5,000 flying hours between them. Both were members of Vladimir Putin's prestigious Russian Knights aerobatic demonstration team within the nation's Aerospace Forces - though they may have been deployed on combat operations in his war against Ukraine.
Moscow has declined to disclose the location or timing of the incident. The crash was reportedly distinct from another Su-30SM accident in the Kaliningrad region, where both crew members ejected safely before their aircraft went down near a cemetery.
Yerofeyev was a highly decorated military aviator with 3,300 flying hours under his belt, certified on six aircraft types, including the MiG-29, Su-27, Su-30SM and Su-35S. Despite the crash occurring four days ago, the Kremlin has yet to provide clear details about the loss.

News of the plane crash emerged as Ukraine delivered devastating blows to Putin's war-supporting facilities through extraordinary long-range strikes penetrating deep into Siberia.
One assault targeted the Omsk Kauchuk petrochemical facility, located 1,600 miles away. The plant manufactures synthetic rubber and chemical compounds utilized in military equipment, weapons and fuel production.
A significant logistics hub for the Amazon-like Ozon marketplace was also struck in Omsk, erupting into a massive blaze. Smoke billowed over Perm following a 1,000-mile Ukrainian strike deep into Russia's Urals region, targeting the Avisma plant operated by the country's largest metallurgical company, which manufactures titanium, titanium alloys, and metallic magnesium for military and space purposes.

Bolsonaro loses to Lula in Brazil. A bit relevant as Brazil falling to a Putin/Trump supporter could further change Russia’s access to global markets.
More significantly, the Putin endorsed Serbian leader just saw his party lose. Serbia has been a bit of a thorn in the side of EU aide to Ukraine. Another Putin/Trump ally off the board.

Oil production declined under Lula. Brazil imports from the US rose. Petrochemicals biz is down as well.
Thanks to Bunge introducing soybean to Brazil in the 1960s. It is now the low-cost producer with average farm being quite industrial with several hundred thousand acres. US farmers who haven't paid attention were stuck with overpriced soybeans this year.
Meanwhile countries which have gone conservative are thriving.

I have no idea if this is true but my guess is if we looked at gdp growth by country since 2000 it would paint a list of thriving “conservative” countries.
I do think it’s a good thing Brazil didn’t elect the son of the guy who just staged coup and is running on a platform of retribution, who is closely aligned with Trump, and is agnostic to a Putin world view

Vucic loses to a student movement that has been going on without pause for two years. A student movement. In Serbia no less. The local truck rental biz in Belgrade is going to get busy, moving recalled thugs back to Russia.
Once again, bots don't vote.

Every government in the world is seeing this now. Every court as well. Musk's desperation is exposing his lies and his bots.

Very good timeline of Musk's squirming last week:

So, was this really just a breach of contract issue or a story that just never added up. And one that never added up because there was a co-ordinated attack on Ukraine’s ability to defend itself and the protagonists took over 10 days to get their story straight?

[Plus this latest Starlink shutdown fiasco.]
fricking retarded.
