Moldovan state security discovered that groups were fomenting violence and recruiting youth for mass protests and riots in the country, as seen in almost every European nation.

What did Moldova do? Wait for foreign ops to spin up astroturfed protests?

No.

They arrested people. And they did it with a big stack of receipts, so it doesn't threaten their path to EU accession.

Maia Sandu is the second strongest leader in Europe.

I would be surprised, but it could happen. Not wanting to be associated with Trump's corruption and the white hot toxicity of Musk may push members towards that two-thirds. We'll see.

Reuters reports that a Democratic victory in both chambers of Congress on November 3 could open the way for new US aid to Ukraine. The article says such legislation would likely have the two-thirds majorities needed to override a Trump veto. Democrats could also move against Trump's decision to lift sanctions on Russian diesel and waive sanctions on Russian energy.

They may have to build a new clean room.

In Siberia.

Satellite imagery analyzed by Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty shows two buildings damaged at Russia’s Proton plant in Oryol after the October 23 Ukrainian missile strike. One building housed production of silicon wafers for semiconductors, while the adjacent facility produced microchips for Russian weapons systems. Ukraine’s General Staff later confirmed the strike on the plant.

CyberBoroshno assesses that the October 24 strike on Tolyattikauchuk in Samara region hit the D-3 and IP-3 MTBE synthesis units, with a combined annual capacity of 335,000 tonnes. MTBE is a high-octane gasoline component. The plant also produces synthetic rubbers, butadiene and isoprene, while Ukraine's General Staff says its products are used in components of solid rocket fuel.

The fire halted production of isobutane-isobutylene, a feedstock for MTBE. That disrupts gasoline blending and a chemical supply chain tied to solid rocket fuel.

Russia, the aggressor nation, continues to destroy Epicenter, Ukraine's largest chain of non-food hypermarkets. In just one day, the occupiers attacked stores in four cities. It was reported in a statement posted by the company on Facebook on Sunday, October 25.

The hypermarkets, which focus on retailing home goods and home improvement products, have become one of the aggressor’s primary targets. Russian propaganda refers to these home improvement hypermarkets as “military warehouses.” Today alone, the occupiers struck four stores in different regions.

“Kharkiv. Zaporizhzhia. Vinnytsia. Poltava. Again, in just one day. Total destruction of the chain…,” the statement reads.

Sure.

Something can be used only for defensive purposes and not know the difference between offense and defense. How sense are you?

That's hilarious. What next? "Confirmed by Trump"?

His attorneys have told him he can be proven guilty of culpable homicide and you're going to take his word about it?

Over the word of a bunch of greedy Ukranian grifters? Sure, absolutely.

Just like Trump, Musk would be far better off if he just kept quiet. There won't be any bots in the court room.

I just kills me how the Ukrainians escalate in these crazy ways and then act shocked when Russia responds in kind. It’s of course all very tragic I don’t mean to make light of it, but come on man!!

If Elon's lawyers urgently want to talk to him, they need to go through his ketamine dealer.

but this wasn't his fault.

Yes, it is and continues to be. It's his job as president to provide a plan to approach a war that's now gone on for almost five years and is at the center of his "foreign policy." (I use the term 'foreign policy" loosely here)

Trump has made it known to Elon who was boss a few years ago and he should have done that here, too. He should have made it known that Elon was going to keep the goodamn system up and running and at full speed.

Again - there is no middle ground here. You can't get a little bit pregnant dealing with dictators. Either you want Putin to win or you want a functioning democracy to win, and Trump clearly knows which side he's on.

It's 100% on your boy.

The problem is that Musk can park $10B in Trump's coffers for a pardon, if you think that either Trump or Elon are above that, you're wrong.

But that doesn't mean that Starlink still can't be nationalized.

Never met him. A biz friend based in the Baton Rouge area has and several contracts with him in TX, FL and Brazil got a call from him one night. SpaceX throws money at them.
