What exactly do you think a lame duck Trump who only has executive power at that point is going to do?

That’s a great question.

With or without a majority in Congress does Trump have an agenda moving forward?

Musk approached Trump to slow down Starlink in Ukraine SpaceX founder had publicly blamed president for chaos over restrictions, but sources say he initiated them

Sounds treason-y of Musk really approached the White House with a plan to aid Russian war effort.

The next Dem president needs to nationalized SpaceX and starlink on day one. Can’t have a private company or private citizen able to put a thumb on the scale in favor of America’s adversary.

Russia attacks Ukraine with Iskander, Kalibr and Kh-22/32 missiles and over 300 drones: air defences downs 293 aerial assets

STANISLAV POHORILOV — 17 October, 08:28

Russian forces attacked Ukraine with Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles, Kh-22/32 cruise missiles, four sea-launched Kalibr cruise missiles and 332 Shahed (31 jet-powered) and Gerbera attack drones, S-8000 Banderol drone missiles and Parody decoy UAVs on the night of 16-17 October.

Source: Ukraine's Air Force

Details: Early reports indicated that as of 08:00, Ukrainian air defence forces had destroyed or jammed 293 aerial assets:

4 Kalibr cruise missiles
289 Shahed (23 jet-powered) and Gerbera attack drones, S-8000 Banderol drone missiles and other types of UAVs.
Hits by aerial assets have been recorded at 22 locations and the fall of downed aerial assets (debris) at three locations.

Aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare assets, unmanned systems units and mobile fire groups from Ukraine's defence forces have been involved in repelling the attack.

The attack is ongoing, as several Russian drones are still in Ukrainian airspace.

Move the context much? Your statement was, "He won’t let Ukraine in the EU or NATO."

It was not, "He won’t let Ukraine in the EU or NATO near term".

But NATO isn’t going to accept Ukraine as a member especially with a war going on.
Oooh, that's a newsflash. In any regard, that's NATO's decision, not Putin's. It will never be Putin's.

Trump is Now Openly Helping Russia in Its War Against Ukraine.
He has abandoned the GOP to their fate. His campaigning is simply a performative happy-clappy mix of insults and lies with hand-picked 'audiences' in the background. No solutions, no proposals, no explanations.

But understandably, how do you explain that your pedophilia is causing you to blackmailed by the Russian dictator?

“At a time when Donald Trump’s party is struggling to hold both houses of Congress and his own approval ratings are cratering to historic lows, the President has been campaigning hard all week against . . . Over 500,000 EU visas are still being issued to Russians each year. Spain, France, and Italy issue the vast majority of all those visas. But now Ukraine has implemented a solution.

The only sanctions that work are Ukrainian sanctions.

Zelenskyy on Starlink operations: test in EU has proved restrictions apply only in Ukraine

Khrystyna Bondarieva , STANISLAV POHORILOV — 17 October, 14:56

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said a test conducted by Ukraine in EU countries has confirmed that the restrictions on its use of Starlink have been imposed as part of a planned operation.

Source: Zelenskyy answering questions from journalists online, as reported by European Pravda

Details: Zelenskyy said interceptors designed to take down jet-powered Shahed drones using Starlink are currently unable to function due to a speed limit of 161 km/h (approx. 100 mph).

Quote from Zelenskyy: "To understand whether these are really technical problems at SpaceX, or whether it is some kind of operation or agreement to restrict us, to disconnect us, to prevent us from defending ourselves and protecting our people... we sent a couple of cars with Starlink to the territory of European Union countries, and they drove at speeds of over 180 km/h where permitted. Starlink works. We have the corresponding records and the corresponding evidence."

Details: Zelenskyy said this implies the restrictions are in effect in Ukraine but not in EU countries.

"In other words, this is a planned operation," he said.

The president separately emphasised Starlink's importance for both civilian safety and for troops on the front line, where it helps ensure the delivery of food and water to soldiers at their positions.

Zelenskyy also noted that a dialogue on this issue is ongoing at both the military and diplomatic levels.

"We're in contact with everyone, including SpaceX. At the moment, no one there is responding to our military or the Ministry of Defence. At various levels, we're being told these are technical issues. But as I've already said, these technical issues are affecting Ukraine; there are no such issues in the European Union. We've verified this," he said.

Background:

According to The Telegraph, SpaceX CEO Elon Musk approached Donald Trump with the idea of slowing down Starlink operations in Ukraine.
Speaking at the White House on 16 October, Trump said he does not believe that either he or Musk is responsible for Ukraine losing access to Starlink. The Pentagon has not publicly explained the reasons for the restrictions.

Putin’s creating a situation such that Ukraine won’t be asked to join.

Trump showing his true colors now on Ukraine.

This story may not be a big story in the US. It will define the US for a generation in Europe.

Fortunately I’m America First so who needs allies or good relations with the second biggest economic bloc on the planet. Doesn’t impact me or mine.
