This missile may seem redundant with the Ukrainian FP-5 in use with a greater range/payload ratio, but the key here is the "AI-assisted target recognition".

I know that AI is the future but it makes me damn uncomfortable putting it in missiles. I hope the AI just helps identify the target but it is a human who gets to decide to prosecute the target or not.

The targeting accuracy of the FP-5 is still undependable and the Ukrainians may plan to use this Dutch software to tweak it. Permission being based on purchase of course. Who pays is immaterial.

Until Europe can defend itself it will be the American tax payer who pays. The Dutch pay for weapons for Ukraine which means that we have to pay to defend the Netherlands and western Europe. I am starting to come around to the idea of leaving NATO (which is a political suicide so its not happening anytime soon). We should leave NATO and form a NATO-lite with Ukraine, Poland, Finland, Sweden, the Baltics, Greece, Romania, and Turkey (can't let Russia be allies with them because of the bosphorous)That way we can protect those allies who are actually pulling their weight, contain Russia, but let free loading western European countries rot in their new caliphates.

Europe CAN defend themselves. They just refuse to.

Europe cannot defend itself at the moment. It has the potential to defend itself. The reason why Europe defending itself is just a possibility and not a reality is that they have refused to defend themselves since the end of the Cold War.

They’re pretty busy arresting people for Facebook posts and letting half of Africa rape their women.

This might be the first thing I've ever agreed with you on. Carry on.

How much did Trump take this time?

Sanctions removals without explanation are rarely administrative. The timing suggests these deletions were either quiet concessions or pre-agreed terms nobody wants publicly attributed. What's missing isn't the reason. It's who asked for it and what was offered in return.
