How would Rubio know what was offered? He wasn't there. He's been purposefully sidelined ever since he was foolish enough to take that job. Whether it's Ukraine, NATO or the Middle East... Where's Rubio?
As we know, all negotiations with Ukraine have been directed not by the US Dept. of State, but by two pro-Russian con artists. They change their offer every week in an attempt to exhaust the Ukrainians. But the only person they are exhausting is Trump.
Believe me, Rubio is not being informed about these talks. As Trump sees Rubio as competition, he wants him sidelined and out of the limelight as much as possible.
So I ask again, how does Rubio know anything about what was said in these negotiations? He doesn't. He's just saying what he's been told to say. In doing this, he harms his National standing and position as a candidate in 2028.
Which is exactly why he was told to make this statement. What'll Trump tell him to do next? Start wearing short pants and a training bra to the office? I'm not joking, we all know Rubio will do it if told.

Rubio is just doing his “look I can be president too” tarmac interviews.
He’s not terrible at them. He’s too much of a scold in his approach to be president.
Why though this administration can’t walk away from its fairly public derision toward Zelensky and Ukraine is beyond me.
Is it all because of the impeachment phone call? People know zelensky isn’t the one who tattled on Trump, right?
Poor Ukraine. Our thanks to them for not kneeling to Russia is to be used as a bargaining trip to get Europe to do what we want on tariffs, Iran, Greenland.
No good deed goes unpunished, Ukraine.
