Frigid Kyiv kindles a high-tech plan to keep Russia at bay AI-powered air defense could counter Moscow’s greatest advantage — and keep Kyiv in the fight.
Interesting article and emphasizes how far ahead Ukraine is in drone warfare now. This is taking it to the next step.
But in conjunction with the AI-driven defense, they must continue to work on long range stiking ability to take out Russian drones and missiles before they leave the factories. That must be goal #1.

Moldova is gradually cancelling the agreements that formed the legal basis of its membership in the Commonwealth of Independent States.
Moldova no longer wants to be part of a post-Soviet club created by Moscow after the collapse of the USSR. The CIS has long stopped functioning as a real alliance — neither economically nor politically. For Moldova, it has increasingly become dead weight and a symbol of dependence on Russia, rather than a source of benefits.
Moldova is closing the door on the past and firmly turning toward Europe
I've read a couple times there is a discussion amongst Moldovans about joining Romania as Moldova is not part of NATO and joining Romania would immediately offer a huge blanket of protection against the Russians.
This, of course, probably won't happen but extreme times call for extreme measures.

Reports from occupied Debaltseve [Donetsk Oblast, occupied territory] indicate an explosion at an ammunition depot following a strike. Local sources say heavy detonation is ongoing, suggesting a direct hit on a weapons storage site.

Russian channels are reporting significant losses among their troops following Ukrainian strikes on occupied Debaltseve. Posts mourning the dead describe the attack as a “terrible tragedy” with “huge losses,” naming several soldiers killed and urging followers to “pray for the boys.” The extent of the casualties has not been independently confirmed, but the tone of Russian reports suggests significant fatalities among personnel stationed at the site.

Reports from Russia’s Orel region indicate an attempted rocket strike. Local sources say the projectile was launched toward the city but did not reach its target, apparently intercepted or neutralized before impact.

By the way, the missile launch site does not look like the aftermath of a normal air defence missile launch. There are multiple smoke trails going in different directions and visible burn marks on the ground. It closely resembles a typical exploded launcher loaded with solid-fuel missiles.
This location is worth close monitoring, as the air defense position itself may have sustained damage.
More Videos.

A giant mushroom cloud at the site of a detonating Russian ammunition depot [at Debaltseve] in the Donetsk region. It’s been a long time since we’ve seen such a good hit.

A sanctioned Russian ‘Shadow Fleet’ tanker, on the run from Venezuela looks like it could be headed through the English Channel.
Hyperion seems to have diverted from passing through the Strait of Gibraltar and is now heading north towards the UK.
The ship slipped from Trump’s blockade of Venezuela earlier this month and was sanctioned by the US last year for fuelling Russia’s illicit trade.
