While this is accurate as far as reporting, I have to doubt the reporting. Limited to only Moscow and St. Petersburg and a few other cities, and only to the educated classes? The Russian education system collapsed soon after the Berlin Wall... each country sets the parameters for its IQ appraisals, and they're practically meaningless. THe QOL and corruption in Ukraine is a residue of the Soviet Union/Russian influence/occupations... and this war is actually about Putin trying to make sure they don't improve any of that too much and show Russians that the Western way is better.
