Either way I don't believe they actually are the dumbest Europeans, as I already said I think Russians are dumber than they are. If IQ were actually something you could accurately measure I would wager they would rank fairly low within Europe though and I think you can point to things like QOL, the existence of we will just say "questionable" organizations within Ukraine (though they have gotten better under their more authoritarian wartime government), and corruption as evidence of that.

You think military analysts are dividing the remaining Ukranian controlled land by the current rate of advance of the Russians?

It will never even get close to that point. Russia will either speed up considerably or stop completely at some point, probably in the near future. And it ignores the context of the vast majority of the war, in my opinion. But we clearly are not going to agree on this (I do not believe this is even remotely debatable)
ETA: It seems that youre missing that my initial issue with your comment was extrapolating the current rate of advance out for something like HUNDREDS OF YEARS

I didn't reference the Ukraine IQ thing because I think it's the gospel. But it in general supports my point that they aren't that smart.
I'm not concerned on if they are last or 10th from last or whatever on that. It's a flawed measurement.
The IQ thing was to support something else, not make a separate point for you to argue.
