I think these two videos above explain this phenomenon. 20k Ukrainian troops deserted in just September. Although I take that number with a grain of salt b/c many of those could be MIA who were buried in the trenches and just unaccounted for.

It's so funny to hear some "America First" supporters make fun of "neo-cons," as President Trump is now on the verge of accomplishing most of the goals that neo-cons once had, especially in the Middle East.
