Yes there are a bunch of computer nerds on this Doge team, but what makes you think there aren’t also a slew of forensic accountants as well. Trump owns how many different businesses. I’m sure he is very experienced with setting up accounting and auditing teams.
And oh dang, they promised to find a trillion dollars and so far it’s only a billion. Guess we should just go ahead and quit looking for all the waste and fraud then.

As an actual autistic computer skilled individual, you're wrong.
This isn't rocket science.

The former CFO of Broadcom which is $52 B IN REVENUE is one of the execs leading the charge. He may know a lil about contracts…

What do you guys have against searching out fraud abuse and corruption?
What if it only finds a "few billion"? = would that not make you happy???
These are temporary staff - I doubt their total expense will total a million dollars. What the hell are you afraid of??? -
It seems to me the source of you fear is what they MIGHT find out some waste, fraud, or corruption you KNOW is there and YOU are benefiting from it. - so screw you.
I'll take whatever they find and congratulate them on a job well done.
You can go find some other source willing to pay you for whatever the hell it is that you do.

First and foremost, Trump is the one doing it. Secondly, the smarter leftists know the people are onto their political money pot.

Not a thing. Just have 10% faith any of these "cuts" make it to the budget.

How much double counting and misunderstanding of contracts that have been partially paid in that figure? It's an admirable goal but the computer nerds don't know what they don't know so take these figures with a very large grain of salt. You need an understanding of contracts and accounting and not just autistic computers skills to do a proper audit.
Cool story bro. Noone gives a damn what the total # is. We are just happy that an administration is actually putting in effort to cut waste and fraud rather the people you vote for that use waste and fraud to enrich themselves and their friends

Then why all the harping and burning down Teslas?
It’s so funny watching you people.
Doge is illegal, Elon is a Nazi!
Well it’s not going to cut anything!

is second tier when they quadruple count a contract and it appears there is no review process in place before publishing the "receipts".
Been reading this and you have fully established that you have no clue. You simply hate President Donald J Trump and by association, hate Elon Musk.
Governmental contracts will often have two numbers associated with them. One will be the actual purchases made on that agreement. IE the savings. The other number will be the “…this contract will not exceed” dollar amount. This is “ceiling” amount.
I would like you to answer one question; what is wrong with an audit? Why should the government never have one? And keep in mind that FAILING an audit, does not count. If you take Elon out of the equation, is this exercise a positive one, or not?

Did you even see the interviews with Brett Baier? The heads of the various functions of Doge. As an example Bissent brought in the head of a software company that has streamlined dozens of banks ensuring compliance for govt audits. A masterful pick to clean up the mess that is the Treasury.
Much ado about "big balls" as if he is doing the organizational restructures.
