Public sector unions shouldn't even be possible.

Better keep an eye on them. There's 50-60k a year ones in Dallas that are starting to have leftie garbage sneak in.

I would make sure it's in their bylaws before they get changed in the opposite way than you will want. Ie...xyz has 2 daddies being read to 5 yos. Cause yes it's happening...even in private schools without parents knowledge.

Time to start promoting vouchers for all. The dollars should follow the student.

I've always been against this approach. Probably the top typical republican stance I've been against. Mostly since I always thought it would force leftie racial rules on private schools.

I agree with the general concept, but can't get over thinking how the govts grubby hands will get on private schools, just because it's govt money.

If the state starts enforcing something a school disagrees with, the school can stop taking the money.

The federal government will probably never implement a follow the child funding situation, so you won't have to worry about that. That being said, special ed funds already follow the child and this has not allowed the federal government to intervene in private schools so far.

Didn't know that. Good to know. Just can see schools that take a stance and stop taking money, will then be said to be racist. Universities blackballing them.

Ive been cautious on this for yrs, but with how things are now its tough to swallow still.

Trust me I like the idea, but the fine print in the rules is what would concern me. Should concern anyone with the "private school = safe haven" belief. Especially if you want to be able to keep your kids in the same school and not deal with trying to find a new one because they are starting to teach them things they shouldn't without your consent or knowledge.

These people are straight diabolical, and think they are doing good. Which is the scary part.

You're right. The wholesale belief that this racism is good is truly scary. This had to be what it was like when Democrats were pushing slavery, enacting Jim Crow laws, opposing civil rights, and forming the KKK. They are always so sure that their racist views are righteous and honest.

How long will it take for them to pretend the parties of today "switched sides" like they do for the parties of yesteryear?

In many areas, the unions run the board.

Georgia ranks 45th in the level of influence teachers’ unions have on schools. I guess we do some things right. Alabama is 20th which is surprising

Anyone with kids in public schools, get them out.

Now.

You think you can beat this back at home? " Yeah, but I wont' let MY kid think this stuff... " You're wrong. Daily indoctrination to this stuff, by teachers and all the classmates working on projects to make good grades will undercut what ever you THINK you're teaching them at home.

People in a state that ranks at the bottom for education encouraging kids not to be educated. You morons can’t get out your own way. This is hilarious.

There’s a reason those numbers are so low on the Deep South. I’m gonna give you one guess, sport.

What part of ' All 50 states ' escaped your attention ? Was it the 'ALL'? Or the '50'?

You replied to my post, and yet you assume you know of what State I'm in.

1. You're likely wrong.
2. It shouldn't matter.
3. No one said a damn thing about not getting educated.

To the contrary, getting your kid out of gov schools more likely insures they'll get educated, not indoctrinated.

Also, 4 - You're a colossal twat.
