What needs to happen is victims need to strat shooting, then the police should say, shite we are defunded we can solve all these murders. If the police won’t take out the criminal element then we should.

I looked up the release and it says "Be a good witness", not "Be a good citizen".

That's good advice. If you end up shooting and killing one, they will try you for murder.

So according to the neutered LAPD, one of the conditions of being a good citizen is to allow yourself to be a victim of violent crime? Clown world, but then again the citizens of LA are a primary reason why Cali is so fricked. They kinda get what they deserve at this point.
