You’re really hoping hard there’s SOME WAY to lock this poor kid up, huh?

That’s weird.

Reckon Dominick shite a brick when he sees Kyle on the news downtown Kenosha with said gun? Yes - I know it's legal for a 17 y/o to possess one.

Then I don't understand what law you think was broken.

And I doubt he shite a brick because Kyle picked it up from his house for the express purpose of going to Kenosha, at leats that's what I remember from the trial.

He probably wasn’t too shocked to see it on the news, considering he was there with Kyle that night.

And he's not very familiar with the details of the case.

Hope you never bought your kid a gun for hunting or ANYTHING ELSE

Why is that? But, yes I have. It's probably been 30 years. I still have the rifle though. Ruger M77R in a .243. All 3 sons used it. It's been a while but I think back then, the law said you had to sit with and adult if you were under 12 and had to be within eyesight until 16. But, we were always pretty close to one another regardless of which kid.

So you don't know any gun ownership laws and are now admitting it yet you are still trying to say Kyle broke some law or laws.

Just quite it.

Have you watched any of this?

Hell no. It's been going on for what 12 days now? Been hunting or getting ready to hunt.

Ok then-
Rittenhouse "claims" the gun is "his", and that he provided the money for purchase.

Dominick Black's dad purchased the rifle. He keeps the rifle at his house, in his locked gun safe. Rittenhouse testified that the only access he had, was in the presence of Dad Black. Rittenhouse never took it home.

Testified that he was applying for his FOID card, and upon receiving that and coming of legal age (2 separate stipulations), he would then COMPLETE the agreed-upon purchase, to which he had a set-upon price for said rifle, in a private, legal, face-to-face purchase.

So while it seems close, the deal hasn't come to pass. Mr Black is still the legal owner of the gun, may well remain so indefinitely. He merely entered into a 'gentlemen's agreement' to sell that AR down the road, and in good faith held Rittenhouse's funds.

Don't see how you can nail someone on a straw purchase, if he never sold or gave the gun to somebody else (in other words, remained in possession of it).

Go find where I even implied nor accused Kyle of breaking a law. I honestly don't know what the laws were 30 years ago but they were not as stringent as they are today. It was a Christmas present for the oldest when he was 14. But it was never really "his". He knew it would be handed down when he could handle larger caliber kicks. So, you don't know what you are talking about.

Don't know what that means.

I thought Dominic bought it and his dad held it. It doesn’t matter because it doesn’t change anything.

Now that you've been given accurate information what law do you think the purchaser broke?

Probably not one but slippery slope with today's government. Rifle purchases are federal and the form is federal. Who knows how ATF will treat it. I sure wouldn't want to put my freedom in the hands of ATF.

well that and the fact they had to go to Blacks fathers house to get the gun out of his gun safe because Rittenhouse never took actual possession of the gun.

I used my stimmy check back in March to buy a Kimber .357 Magnum I’d been drooling over.

Hey, it stimulated the economy. And yes, I intended that gesture to be a nice big fat “frick you” to Joe.

So when you say “Kyle worshiper” what you really mean is “someone who knows what he’s talking about”. You clearly aren’t in that group and came in with the hank method.

You bookmark this one and I'll bookmark it as well. We'll see if ATF pursues it after the trial. I will gladly say I don't know what the hell I am talking about if you will do the same if they do. Deal?

You think that's an actual indicator of whether or not a law has been broken? The ATF? Under this administration on this case?

You made a claim out of ignorance and tossed in snark for good measure. As I said, the hank method. Shifting goalposts won't go back in time and change that, so just own it and move on. It's really not a big deal.

Do you think anyone will pursue Gaige Grosskuentz (sp)?

I think that's the more obvious case.
