No, it shouldn't be expected. It should be an outrage, and any prosecutor willing to shite on the Constitution enough to charge and try him should be immediately disbarred. There are multiple videos showing the kid defending his life.
You go out and make yourself an imminent threat to any of the prosecutors or the judge in this trial, and you will be dispatched forthwith. How slippery is the slope that says only the ruling class can defend their own lives?

The prosecutor is REALLY enamored of that plastic bag that Rosenbaum was carrying, and I have not seen anyone mention the darn thing since we realized that it was not a Molotov thrown by Rosenbaum at Rittenhouse.
Does anyone have any idea why the prosecutor seems to be so convinced that the bag is important?

IIRC, the DA at the time of the incident did not bring charges. A few months later, new DA was elected or appointed or took office that then brought charges against Rittenhause. Hopefully I am not confusing Rittenhause with some other case.
Something similar to what happened to that Army sergeant in Austin. No charges for a year or so and then a new Soros DA was installed and he brought charges against him.

Rittenhouse was charged the following day, as I recall. The Arbery case was delayed for a number of months, and the original prosecutor is now facing charges of her own as a result.

That video reminds me of the Portland shooting of the Patriot Prayer guy and the Denver shooting at the Patriot Rally.
