Why is it relevant that Rosenbaum just came out of the psych hospital? What is the angle here by the prosecutor? Is Rittnhouse supposed to know he is a fragile pedo, psycho?

I was just responding to the poster who seemed to be utterly convinced that the prosecutor's statement was patently false. Some people have just allowed themselves to become so emotionally-involved in the underlying ideology that they tend to ignore all facts they find inconvenient.

The problem on this forum is that everyone convinced themselves that Rittenhouse could not conceivably receive a fair trial ... without researching Judge Schroeder in the slightest.

I get the feeling that cranky old Judge Schroeder is not going to let EITHER side run down too many rabbit trails of marginal relevance.
He seems to be the kind of judge from who we can expect to hear many variants of "get to the point, counsel" during this trial.

He made several mistakes in his opening statement, but talking about that pedo in the hospital is a big one. He is clearly mentally unstable.
