Feels like a rerun. Why create this alter? Makes no sense.
It's Hank. Years of idiotic "legal expertise" apparently ruined his screen name, so he started another one.

Regardless of screen name, Hank is spitting truths that the mouth breathers do not want to hear. They, in respond call him names and attack him. Typical.
There is no basis for malicious prosecution.
I'd like to see Sid in Lakeshore come back for some medicine, if he can get all of Hankabitch's aggy jizz off his chin.
Malicious prosecution is exactly what this is, unless you can watch that video and believe you can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Rittenhouse wasn't defending his life.

Rittenhouse also made the world a better place by ridding us of some trash, too bad the one armed bandit didn't catch one in the dome (might not be too late, he seems kind of stupid and probably hasn't learned his lesson)

You're still here? Without saying you were stupid, and wrong, and shouldn't be running your cock holster unless and until you understand the concept of innocent until proven guilty? Why would anyone want to read another word you type until you admit you were full of shite about the issue we were just discussing, when you don't know your arse from a hole in the ground, all the while acting superior, condescending, and pompous?

my jaw dropped with the redirect by the defense where they showed rosenbaum hiding under the car after setting a fire in the dumpster next to it so he could ambush *_______* (anyone who tried to put it out)
Too bad he picked on the little teen with the boyish face who he believed wouldn't fight back or use his firearm.
Sorry not sorry you pedo piece of trash.

And…he still has a job.
Also…Brian Williams made things up and reported them as true for NBC and still has a job.
This is what NYC media thinks of your intelligence.

Just going to whistle on past this, huh Hankie? Well, while you are spewing your condescension and superiority on the board, just know that the people you are vomiting that shite on know you are a trifling coward.

Back on the topic of the trial. I really don't understand this ADA with this witness. His entire argument is that Kyle is guilty because he had a scary AR instead of a handgun? I mean, they are once again showing video of Kyle asking people if they need medical assistance, going to see if he can help someone who was shot with rubber bullets, and being an upstanding citizen but he had an AR so he's guilty? It's like the ADA is trying to throw the case.

He was on camera, via zoom, flogging the bishop. Before, during or after’ the meeting ‘ is irrelevant. His coworkers were witness to his antics.

like someone else said.
the rifle is on trial as much as kyle is
oh and the sling
that DEADLY SLING that kept those law-abiding citizens from wrenching the rifle away from kyle.

Yep, I've done this with him before. If he shows back up, I've got more links
You're doing the Lord's work. Not all of us have the time or inclination to dig up all the information necessary to shut this loser Hank down who has too much time on his hands. Common sense is a quick and dirty way to find what you need but liberals like to bludgeon you with their boredom and intellect.

Is it back on?
Also, how long do they expect the trial to last?

Yep
He's one of those lawyers that just cannot understand the world outside of his legal framework.
He runs in to save the thread by posting legal shite that doesn't apply to the thread. That's how you know it's Hank.

Several lawyers here that describes perfectly, but this one is Hank.
