this one happened in 2002.
"Man dies after being hit with skateboard
Andrews honked and was agitated when he got out of his car and starting arguing with one of the skateboarders. Then, another skateboarder hit him over the head from behind with his board. As Andrews fell to the ground, the skateboarders ran off."
he went into a coma and died later.

Not yet... The panel was discussing and saying that they should raise in court today and ask that he be subpoenaed to come in and testify whether he did indeed reach out to the prosecution.

I think the rumor of jump kick man's identity only started Monday night... and the defense hasn't had the chance to verify that rumor or not

Bytes said they don't need to verify it... Just tell the judge "Media reports are saying and we'd like to subpoena the guy identified in the media and verify if its indeed him and if he approached the prosecution.

The while system needs to be overhauled. Media's blatant lies for political gain is railroading this kid. They need to be held accountable for inciting and fanning the flames on these riots, the ones threatening the jury, etc. I'm so disgusted with these people.
