I don’t know. Milwaukee is paying very close attention to this case.

Can the defense motion for direct verdict during a trial?

It’s unreasonable at that point for Kyle to know friend from foe.

except he did, considering he only shot people who attacked him or pointed guns at him.

FBI brought in a trailer crime lab to analyze the rifle and shell casings

fresh on the heels of examining the NASCAR noose using it.

Kyle Rittenhouse Attorney: “When you were standing 3-5 feet from him with your arms up in the air, he never fired...it wasn’t until you pointed your gun at him, advanced on him with your gun, now your hands down, pointed at him that he fired.”

Gaige Grosskreutz: "Correct"
Soooo. . .case dismissed?

For black folks it's still about police shooting a thug. They want Kyle to fry.

I think you’re right. ANTIFA and other Marxist groups are about to find our black people don’t support them or their ideology.

Well that would matter if ANTIFA and BLM were mostly black people. Unfortunately, the reverse is true.

What are they doing just trying to run out the clock on the day? This questioning is going no where

I agree. I was just about to post how worthless this line of questioning is.

The one time I was a juror, this is what happened. The prosecution rested their case. The judge was about to close for the day and let the defense start their case in the morning. Defense interrupted, said the defense rests. So we came back in the morning to begin deliberation and after about 45 minutes came to the verdict of not guilty on all counts.

I don't want the defense to rest. I want GG's roommate to be forced to answer the tweet question.

A little different.

If a directed verdict is granted, the jury never deliberates and the defense never puts on a case. If the motion for DV is denied, the defense can put on a case, or it could do what was done in your case.
