Those are the three questions I want asked. Nothing screams great witness like a felon committing another felony.

Grosskreutz WAS attacking Rittenhouse without legal provocation, so as a competent attorney Richards will probably focus on that.

Grosskreutz had a misdemeanor conviction a number of years ago, which led to a one year probation during which he was prohibited from possession of a weapon. That probation period expired long ago. It is an easy mistake to make.
