I don’t mean to hijack any conversations going on but did the prosecutor really point a gun at a full court room with a finger on the trigger???

yes, and he actually pointed it vaguely in the jury's direction.

No one watching the progress of this trial quite like Daniel Perry and his defense team

I am biased af but prosecution’s case is on feels and defense on actual facts. Hopefully any reasonable juror could see the difference and how the prosecution tried to conjure facts and truly lie about evidence that didn’t exist (the left hand gun).

That evidence doesn't even matter. Mr Rittenhouse retreated significantly after the alleged provocation.

Yes and he did it without first checking to ensure that it was unloaded.

Richards practically accusing the prosecutors of misconduct really worked in his favor

got Krause on tilt and it showed throughout his time up there

sounded like an angry child mad he wasn't getting his way... and I don't think the jury will buy into that... and that's what the jury is going to bed tonight with as the last image of the day and what will be freshest in their minds when they go into the jury room to deliberate tomorrow

By the way, the prosecution downplaying the rioting and fires should work against them too if Kenosha is part of the jurors community. Sitting there calling them minor fires, and saying they weren't big fires and the rioters were only "destroying property", they weren't harming anyone, all that dumb shite.

I believe Krause used the phrase "minor property damage" in there somewhere to describe what the rioters were doing

I'm sure that'll play very well with a jury of all-Kenoshans

The most obscure thing about this case is that Jacob Black and BLM essentially never came up.

Had one BLM person been shot, the outcome wouldn’t even be in question.
