every one of those who got shot were probably a foot taller than kyle and twice his age and they thought they would use that to beat him up/kill him/take his weapon.

We've seen countless LEO video where the officers did not react NEAERLY this poised...which is kind of ironic considering the riots were the result of perceived poor LEO behavior.
