The defense was free to object. They didnt, so lets see if they make hay with it in their closing.
Binger actually made a brilliant case against Rosenbaum, Huber, and Grosskreitz. Out past curfew, looking for trouble, provoking violence, etc...

prosecutor said Rittenhouse was illegally carrying a weapon. Should have immediately and loudly been an objection considering the judge threw that out this morning.
Another thing he said was that the 1st dead guy wasn't anywhere close to rittenhouse, yet he had gun powder residue on his hands.
Is that some kind of joke?
This prosecutor had to be the worst student in his law class.

Again, he did object in the very first minute of the closing statement and the judge overruled him by saying you can make that point in your closing.

The judge was loud and berated prosecution, but has had zero issue giving them an insane amount of leeway.
