This judge should ask if, after prosecution’s self-testimony, if defense’s closing is even needed:
“Does the jury need anything else, or will it take you the five minutes to confirm what we all know: Kyle is innocent?”
“Innocent, your honor.”
“Ok, well then, send it to CNN to watch heads explode. Thank you ladies and gentlemen of the jury for putting up with that sham circus.”
