sounds like it's not... but it's frowned upon and the defense will be able to respond in their closing

good question. i think both sides get alot of leeway to say whatever they want during their close.

It is frowned upon, but they can object.

However, if they are saying shite that you can absolutely skewer in your close, you let them do it and then murder them with it.

From what I understand is, unless it's a rule there is no objections during a closing, a lawyer shouldn't object because the jury would consider it rude or petty.

A practicing lawyer probably can skin this better however.

Frankly, anyone that hasn't made their mind up for the prosecution prior to these arguments would be insulted by the ADA's claims.

Only a hard core, closed minded leftist would agree with what he has said.

And we have seen plenty of leftists change their tune after seeing the evidence, so no matter what Binger says I'll be very surprised if Kyle isn't acquitted.

I almost hope that Ziminski gets off of his arson charge just as an FU to Binger. Ziminski is a POS but Binger is an even bigger one by using the power of the state to overcharge and maliciously go after Rittenhouse.

You can clearly see from that grad that Kyle is flashing a white power sign and Rosenbaum is helping a cat deliver kittens beneath the car.

Prosecutors haven’t exactly had the best strategy or courtroom demeanor this trial.

They have been skewered the whole trial, so I am not sure they are a great example.

White power sign is clearly visible.

Also, someone explain to me how a 5’2” manlet is able to see over a vehicle the size of a Duramax. We’re not taking about looking over a Prius. The duramax is pretty decent size truck though I will admit there was no evidence of the presence of truck nuts on this particular vehicle.
