Last fast food (minus Subway once a yr road trip) was MCD's sausage biscuit and hash brown. Before that was sausage/egg burrito again 4 yrs ago or so...

I wouldn't be surprised that Trump and the secret service ordered the food a bit different than what the general public gets. McDonald's potentially could serve much better food if they didn't have such a corporate mindset.

I would say that McDonalds was more healthy for you back then it is now.
