This is difficult for many of us here to explain to people that have not been paying attention and have a NEW fascination with this "NEW" conflict, (that has been hot since soon after 2014).
Some, with a newly acquired interest in this, come to others that have been paying attention and ask, "so tell me what's going on in Ukraine"?
Then when you try to explain, it's like you have to give a quick summary of the last 8 years and the person that asked the question has no clue who the AZOV Brigade is, for example.

what fools don't realize is that while none of this directly affects us as americans, this is all to make you ok with us sending resources and eventually troops to Ukraine to fight big bad russia.

You're not even close to what propaganda is for so I included the actual definition for you.
To simplify,, it is to frame the narrative (whether rooted in truth or just outright lies) in a way that makes the mindless sheeple feel morally righteous and superior to those our "leaders" wish to defame or destroy. Examples being WW2 was about a holocaust of 6 million Jews, Iraq having yellow uranium, etc. And people just continue to sop up their bullshite with a biscuit and beg for more.

I know the Movie one, the Sam Hyde one, and the snake island ones are accurate for sure. Not sure about the others, but they should probably be assumed fake until otherwise proven.

Is it true Putin can not get to his 600 billion dollar slush fund? This of true would lead me to believe he is in a much tighter situation in so many different ways. I bet he is really feeling this. His stress must be insane.

Trying to discuss the situation in the Ukraine is impossible for anyone who has no clue who Victoria Nuland is.
Dollars to donuts, the vast majority of these drones who simply regurgitate the talking points from editorials they read in the WaPo or NyTi about the Russian Invasion of the Ukraine have no clue who Nuland is — and frankly don’t care.
These invariably are the same ignoramuses who claimed that it was a kooky conspiracy theory to even suggest that COVID-1984 may have resulted from a lab-leak.
