He should receive the exact punishment he tried to get others to take the rap for. Had 2 confederate flag waving baws been down there around that time and locked up for it do you have any belief the coward would have come forward with the truth, or let them rot in jail.

I agree with you. It's just impossible for the courts to put him in prison for over a decade.
I'd love for him to get at least a few months in jail, and even that may be impossible. It's rare for those that create hate crime hoaxes to be really punished.
I'm with ya in the belief that they should have the harshest punishments. They do this shite just to get paid and to create civil unrest. Lord knows how much innocent people would suffer if some unfortunate person got caught up in that shite and was framed.
