I'm pretty tired of these boat killings. If my opinion was needed by Trump, I'd say go after the sources in country and leave the poor peasants alone. If you want changes in Venezuela, go make the changes and leave the peasants alone. These boat killings are like scripts in a Mission Impossible movie.
