Fentanyl is coming through Pacific ports in Mexico in precursor form, then combined in someone's garage and transported into the US by Steve and Jane crossing the border.
Why would a Mexican cartel even risk sending valuable product a thousand miles south only to be transported up through the Caribbean hypothetically? Sounds like stupid logistics.....cartels are not run by stupid people.
