I don't think you're understanding what Ribbed is picking at. It's not the facts of this case, it's your stance that the father, not the school or the LGBTQ crowd it's siding with/defending, is being an attention whore.

No, it never would have been frivolous.
Again, a frivolous lawsuit is one without merit. If anything, the farther back in time you go, the more sure you could be that the courts will find in favor of this one.
