So does Astrotiger but I have no idea who that is. I know about 100 people who have had covid but none that required a hospital stay recently.

Don't forget all the hospitals fired their employees for not getting vaccinated. This is likely a personnel issue, not a volume issue.

I have many friends who work at hospitals and they are all telling me that every hospital has dozens or even hundreds of empty beds.
Why? Because they've lost so many employees and cannot possibly handle the maximum capacity at any medical facilities because of these asinine mandates.

Covid+ workers is driving healthcare worker shortages more than anything else, right now. The mandates didn’t help. But right now, it’s vaxxed up workers who can’t come to work because the vaccine didn’t work.
