Yet, she has her mind made up before she knows all of the facts. You can predict how she will vote 99.99% of the time. Even Sotomayer and Kagan are embarrassed she is there with them

A Supreme Court justice can be removed through impeachment by the House of Representatives and conviction by the Senate.

Purely on IQ it's obvious that Kagan is higher than Soto or Ketanji. I've become convinced that Soto is a tad higher than Ketanji, the dumbest in Supreme Court history.
