The lone state that hasn't signed on that has a republican gov is Vermont. All other Republican governors have signed on.

I am amazed Vermont even has a Republican governor. I was not even aware of that. I thought that state was blue as blue.

Would Edwards have sided with Texas if he was still Gov of Louisiana?

KY has a Democrat Governor. Of course he supports the takeover.

Nope. I think it’s a bad outcome as well. Any war is a bad outcome.

We can’t let GA off the hook either, for their failing in 2020 GE. OK is coming to SEC and every county voted red the past 2 elections. You should be glad to have us to support the SEC.

I would imagine that Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Kansas, Kentucky, and North Carolina would be pressured into joining or taken with the support of the population.

Louisiana is only 3-ish weeks removed from Honor Code, who would’ve taken the same stance as the KY governor.

Kentucky AG just issued a statement
quote:

Kentucky Attorney General Russell Coleman Issues statement FULLY SUPPORTING Gov. Greg Abbott and the State of Texas.

"If Governor Beshear won’t say it, I will."

"Kentucky STANDS with and Texas’ right to self defense on the Southern Border."

"President Biden’s failed open border has let poison that’s killing our kids pour into Kentucky and made us a border state."

Kentucky legislature can override Beshear veto if a law is passed. They need to overrule that bastard.

If it wasn't for Louisville and Lexington there would be a the Republican candidate would have won. There are 120 counties in Kentucky and 92 of them voted for the Republican candidate. Just like the entire country...the urban areas vote Democrat and rural votes Republican. I live in Kentucky but my heart is in Louisiana (as are my horses).
