You’re a fricking moron

You don’t know what a clerical error is. So you can’t assert that it is one.

You think they risked their lives because they love justice?
you know, it could be that people just want to do a good job, not necessarily that they are gung ho patriots. ever though of that?

quote:why did you throw the word "unintentional" in there. you know a clerical error can be on purpose, right? didn't you watch better call saul?
A clerical error is a typo or an unintentional error in a document that might change/obscure the meaning
see, you're still doing the same thing. you are conflating intent with the paperwork.
and this is all stupid anyway. you people are going even further off the tracks than you were originally, which is typical. the op was about the raid, not the paperwork. clowns have been trying to introduce the clerical aspect of the issue as if it has anything to do with the actual raid itself. as if it shows some malicious intent of the officers in the raid, which it doesn't. people on the streets are not rioting because someone mixed up some paperwork - whether intentionally or not. they are rioting because whitey is evil and shot up more innocent black people.
you can now go back to your childish insults

Your are inexorably stupid. One of the least self-aware stupid people on this forum. Teenage girls have a better sense of logic than you do.
until you pony up, you're just blowing smoke

"STOP TALKING TO ME YOU MEANIE." get a grip linda
frick off, idiot.

the problem is, Taylor's attorneys are claiming there are numerous witnesses who claim the police did not knock and announce before entering. They claim there is only one witness claiming they heard the police knock and announce so they are making it sound like a cover up. They are demanding a transcript of the grand jury testimony to see if the other witnesses' no knock and announce testimony was presented to the grand jury. If they get their hands on the testimony and the other witnesses' testimony wasn't presented, there will be hell to pay.

And?
Taylor’s attorneys are probably correct on this fact.

The cop was already inside the apartment when he was shot per his own testimony.

With a ccw permit. You don't get that if your a convicted felon.
That doesn't mean he wasn't a drug dealer. He could just not have been a convicted drug dealer yet.

no it isn't and of course you would jump on to the stupid side
You won't do that because what you said is typical nonsense you post all the time that has no meaning. It's just some gibberish crap you post so you don't really have to respond to a post.
Come on bigmouth, explain it.

Is being a cop more dangerous than being roofer?...

let me know when roof tiles START FREAKING SHOOTING AT ROOFERS
Here's a hint. They work maybe 12 feet off the ground on a roof that slants toward the edge. How many roofers fall off a roof every year?
Statistically, a roofer's job is relatively more dangerous than being a cop, dumdass.

Walker is (is not) a convicted felon.

Recollection does not equal fact. Also, keep in mind, “eye-witnesses” frick up shite royally at times. Recently there was rioting based on a lie put forth in an “on the scene” news interview with an “eye-witness.” I’ll pass on accepting those accounts as “fact.”

Your overall point is correct. Technically their claim would still be a fact.

This thread seems to have devolved into the determination of if a clerical occurred.
My take:
It doesn’t matter in terms of responsibility.
The city police are, ultimately, responsible.
Either someone was lying, or they are incompetent. Either way, this no-knock should not have occurred.
FWIW, I am not a fan of no-knock warrants, but I also understand the argument for them.
As for who did what and when concerning the execution of the warrant, if the body cameras weren’t rolling, then the warrant shouldn’t have been executed. Just my .02.
