We may not know if he is or isn't, but we do know he attempted murder of a police officer and almost succeeded.

Apparently the DA didn’t think so, all charges against him were dropped.

Yeah, exactly the same except for the fact that nobody is saying:

quote:

Walker ONLY shot because they were cops.

While everyone on the left is saying:

quote:

the cops ONLY shot because Taylor and Walker were black.

Oh my feelings are fine. Just pointing out your complete lack of logic and reasoning. Carry on puppet.

Amazing how no one gives a rats arse about the plethora of black people killed by other black people yet they poss (sic) and moan about this.
I keep seeing this "argument."

The PREMISE of "BLM" (I understand that many reject this premise, me included) is that law enforcement officers (as government actors) are behaving in a discriminatory manner toward Black suspects on an epic scale.

It is somewhat more the responsibility of government to control the actions of government actors/employees in this context than to control/prevent random crime by private actors.

Serious question, do you think if there weren’t “on demand riots” ready to be launched at the drop of a hat KW walks with zero charges? The threat of having the city burnt to the ground surly was factored into this decision or nah?

He ain't smart enough to understand that. His argument is "black people kill other black people so no one should care when police kill black people."

Just pure utter stupidity. And proud of it too

Legal cause was given to judge to issue Warrant It was a no knock warrant, however police knocked and announced themselves. Someone in the residence fired first and hit a police officer upon entry. What in your opinion should have happened at this point??

Lol, keep telling yourself that. How do your parents feel knowing they raised a clueless idiot? You wouldn’t know logic or reasoning if it bit you on your ignorant arse.

Hank, unlike most, I actually like you. I know why BLM was formed. Now, is it actually factual? Have there been incidents in the past to justify it? Yes, is my answer. As far as now, not even close.

It has been "answered" about a dozen times. Hell, I posted my thoughts on it along with many other posters.

Setting aside the dispute over whether the cops announced themselves, "yes, under these circumstances the cops were justified in returning fire."

I don’t think it will go unchallenged. I made a pretty mild statement. If I’m a cop in that position, I want everyone in the damned apartment building to know that I’m saying I’m the police.

I agree and logic dictates this as the best course of action for the police. So why, other than the “witnesses” offered by the biased plaintiff, do we not think this is what happened?

Just maybe something that could’ve been done better.

Sure. I think the midnight raid thing is stupid to begin with and quite frankly I believe the would cease to exist if there wasn’t drug cash to be pilfered.

The assumption that she was home alone is really what drove a couple of bad decisions.

Yep, they thought they would waltz in and bank a few thou$and bonus and walk out without incident. Of this I’m convinced.
