It’s pretty clear that they just planted it.

4cubbies won’t be pleased. She claimed that women are not only better pilots than men but better drivers as well.

They're looking through her social media to see if she has any manifestos that may be detrimental to their narrative.

To be honest, I think the issues go back to the beginning of the flight. Weather frigid with wind gust and a difficult landing with pretty high almost crosswinds
No, not the appropriate time to test your skill with passengers. Am I correct that the other pilot was an instructor and not actually flying a lot of planes?
Seems like 2 mistakes that led up to an 1100 Ft/ descent almost twice as fast as a navy jet landing on an aircraft carrier - that is crazy to me

Do you know how out of whack this picture is? 7 females in a class of 13 is almost 54% female. Only 5.2% of pilots that have Airline Transport Pilot ratings are female. Every class I’ve ever been in, there were only one or two females per class.
It’s starting to look like Endeavor really was discriminating in their hiring process.

FWIW, it's being reported that the ATP certificate that was issued to her on 1/9/25 was issued to reflect a change of address, NOT because she had just earned it last month.
I'm not sure about this. I looked up my records in the FAA database, it just had the initial issue dates of my private and commerce licenses. It didn't reflect changes of address.
Any more advanced pilots know if a separate ATP certificate is noted every time you change address?

Unlike you, however, I am not pre-judging based upon far-from-complete data.
And what data would that be, Hankabitch? Are you suggesting that we would be more understanding if the pilot was a young, inexperienced man? The company involved here has been pretty flamboyant with their girl power social media posts. We know for certain that DEI has been extremely prevalent at the FAA and therefore the airlines, but we aren’t allowed to make any assumptions based on what we know about eschewing meritocracy in favor of diversity, equity, and inclusion?

Seriously. Ignore him. He’s just like SFP but not as smart and without the syndrome. He’s a poor man’s SFP.
He even specializes in discount divorces.
