If it was not intentionally done to get attention of an agenda, then there would be plenty of commercials we could mention that were clever and noteworthy by their message about their product and not the obvious over-usage of minority groups to push a message of being woke.

Most reasoning for intentional inclusion of a group is because they are "under represented". In this case, maybe Kay is suggesting that they already know or would like at least 1/3 of their customers to be lesbian. I would call it the Subaru model.

Exactly! In every one of these threads you have a couple of holier than thou high horse progs who claim they don’t see race in the ads and what not. The whole freaking industry making commercials does it for attention with intention..They want you to see their message of wokeness and go out of their way to do this but inevitably a few progs saunter up and claim they don’t notice this tactic the advertisers use. What a load of crap the progs spew. They see it too and then lie in these threads.
I guarantee you if minorities were underrepresented they’d be noticing and bitching about it. In ways that’s how all this came about, they put pressure on companies to go woke. In reality these companies care more about their woke message in most cases than their product message due to past and current pressure put upon them.

Actually there has been a recent push to show white guys with black ladies as couples. I’ve noticed this quite a bit of late.

What’s the issue? Well, when you watch broadcast television and most cable channels the programming and the advertising gives the false impression that +20% of society is LGBTQ…..XYZ. Another common theme, white males are frequently portrayed as the doofus in the programming and advertising.
