The photo was clearly fricked with and given the odd shite swirling around the Royals the last few months and Kate in particular it naturally leads to speculation.
The question is why did the Palace decide it was necessary to release this sus photo and their handling of the backlash has been utter dogshit.
Something else is going on behind the scenes and we will not find out until much later.

That the "driving" photo and this flaming shite show on ice have both happened in what can only be described as a reactionary fashion following Kate's 3 month absence from the public eye, AND...

You’re taking this way too seriously. It’s a photo.
Obviously whatever Kate’s issue is, they’re holding it close to the vest.
Besides, her health and appearance/non appearance are of no actual significance in any event beyond public interest in the family.

Can you at least admit this who "scandal" has been handled very poorly and is a complete PR failure?
The intrigue is that this bizarre photo that no one asked for was released, then quickly a "Kill notification" was released and a terrible explanation of "poor ol me messed up editing".
There is misdirection or something else going on and this is being used as a distraction. This whole thing is too bizarre and smells fishy.
