There's a near 0% chance of overturning a jury's verdict. I'm not sure what there would even be to appeal here, the evidence was all pretty straightforward.
Even if by some miracle he got an appeal, it would just mean a brand new trial where all the testimony from this trial could be introduced along with all the other existing evidence. There's no way he would get a different result next time.

Relatively speaking, he's being treated very well at the moment. That will change soon. He will have a size 11 a-hole before its all over. That's even if the brothas "protect" him.
