Kanye West files 'Kanye 2020' presidential committee doc with the FEC

I'm confused by what Kanye is doing with this presidential run stuff. He can't possibly win because he has missed the filing deadline in several states. Is he doing this to hurt Biden or is he doing this because they need someone else in the race because something is going to happen to Biden to remove him from the field?
What would happen to the election if Ukraine makes a move to have Biden extradited for his extortion and money laundering schemes if we didn't have another candidate on the ticket? They'd have to suspend the election.

Is this just an elaborate ploy to facilitate a hastier #blexit?
I'd be genuinely curious how the black vote would split three ways between the Dems (traditional stronghold) Trump (gaining ground but still probably < 10%) and Kanye (a potentially insane statistical wildcard).
