If Kamala Harris is the nominee, she has major holes to exploit. 1. She was the side piece to married mayor of San Francisco Brown. 2. She was cited for extravagant campaign spending. She would stay in the finest hotels and eat at the best restaurants . that's not going to go over well with people living paycheck to paycheck.

This is how it is supposed to work.
As an example of how this has gone wrong, look at the Equitable Sharing program of the DOJ for civil asset forfeiture. Local police make an arrest, and then federal law enforcement takes over the case.
Federal law enforcement should not be local law enforcement, and local law enforcement should not be enforcing federal law.
