I sat through those hearings. Brett Kavanaugh lied to the U.S. Senate and most importantly to the American people. He was put on the Court through a sham process and his place on the Court is an insult to the pursuit of truth and justice.
He must be impeached.

He was appointed by the President of the United States of America and confirmed by the Senate. That is the Constitutional process. The only sham was what the democrats were trying to pull.

One possible silver lining is the potential reason why this Kavanaugh BS is coming back up now. Is it because the Deep State knows that RBG's time is short? Is it because they know that the FISA abuse scandal is going to implicate one or more Justices already sitting on the Supreme Court?
I don't know. Could be both reasons are in play here. But what I do know is that Fat Boy Nadler brought up the subject of impeachment proceedings against Kavanaugh recently. That was followed by the NYT crap, and now Heels-Up Harris is calling for Kavanaugh to be impeached.
By now, who hasn't figured out that the Democrats and the media are in lockstep with each other?

I find the shift back to Kavanaugh to be interesting. There must be something about to happen regarding the Court. I’m guessing RBG might have to step down before the election.
