She's not drunk, she's clearly stoned.
I've seen both countless times, and that women is stoned.
So she either smoked the wacky tacky or she did some kind of downer. Probably benzo's of some kind.
She had no idea she was in Cleveland the other day, and this isn't the first time she's been slurring and mispronouncing words while acting really odd, so I'm beginning to think Xanex or whatever benzo she's loading up on before she does public appearances has become a normal thing for her.
There's a stark difference in this KH vs the KH that was clearly sober and looking like a dear in headlights in that interview the other night where she was asked why she's the most liberal senator in the Senate.
It's beyond crazy that this idiot could be a breath away from being our next President.
