They did finally ban him and delete the tweet, but I’m not sure how these actions are sustainable. The original tweet has been screenshotted or repeated probably millions of times.
It’s all over Twitter. Even in the thread about its deletion, it was repeated dozens of times.
And Twitter claims the joke broke its rule banning “glorification of violence.”
