Check the 14th amendment? Equal protection clause, King.
Keyword up there is "Equal" this means whether or not it is favorable words. You can't have your cake and eat it too or you're a hypocrite.

Agreed. But does this apply to all races? Or do we make excuse for everyone but white kids…

Words lead to arrests all the time? Okay, lying to Congress if you’re conservative. Like that. Sure. But using vulgar language gets you arrested?

It can. Harassing communications or harassment is a common misdemeanor in most states.
I have clients who have been arrested for everything from contacting their ex's on Facebook to posting online that they are going to rape a cop's wife.
I am a big proponent of free speech, but everyone needs to realize you can't just say whatever you want to people. If you went on Facebook and tagged somebody in a post and said, I am going to fricking kill you. It's likely you will be arrested for harassing communications or an analogous crime.
Now, you can say frick the government all you want and they can't do shite about it.

Interesting, the tape the cops wife line raises a few questions. Apparent ability being one. Again, words are just words without ability and calling a name, while codified, probably needs to be challenged to determine legal efficacy
The slippery slope is where do you cut off mean or bad words when you start down this road.

True, but most states require some warning or communication that the harassment is unwanted. That may have occurred here, don’t know.

Sometimes. And sometimes the language has to rise to the level of "fighting words" but that might be the case here.
I had a case not too long ago where I had to prosecute a guy for calling his neighbor a whore. He was in his yard and he testified that if he's in his yard he can say whatever he wants. But, he was wrong.

Everyone has an equal right to education—that includes not being harassed in a classroom setting.
I agree 100% with this.
The problem arises when we’ve diluted the term “harassed” to such as a degree that if you have a white handkerchief and sneeze in the wrong direction and people want to label you as a KKK leader.

Democrats use no logic at all in their arguments. I guess it sounds good in their echo chambers.

Yes, but threatening to cause harm and calling someone the N-word is not really the same now is it?

Isn't there a big difference between threatening someone with rape/murder and calling them a vulgar name?
As for harassing an ex, wouldn't there have to be a restraining order forbidding contact for calling her a worthless whore to become arrest-worthy?
