Not a single Trump voter i have heard of believes he is a hard core religious guy.

But they all believe he protects their religious freedom and consciousness better than any presidential candidate would.

It’s in there twice, both the OT & the NT.

We all know trump is only nominally Christian, but at least he isn’t openly hostile towards it like others. It’s not hard to understand why Christians would prefer him to someone who hates them and would love to grind them into dust.

You are right Wednesday, Trump is the first president in 47 YEARS to speak in person to the Pro-life Quality-Folk! You are righteous!

It is unbelievable that religious people in this country are being duped into believing that Trump is in any way religious.

I don’t know a single Trump supporter who thinks he’s a hard core Christian or even a “somewhat” Christian. It’s his actions that Christians love with Trump, the fact that he stands up for Christians and does as he says he’s gonna do. He can say he’s atheist but if he keeps doing like he says and defends Christianity than most Trump supporters approve that.

"heartfelt and sincere"? He read a prepared speech word by word off a teleprompter.

One has to believe Trump is finding a need and desire to know God.....I’m sure Trump’s foray into the Swamp has opened his eyes to a level of evil he wasn’t use to even in the slimy world of NY real estate development.

I did notice that, and did not love it. But, I think Trump knows that the men who are smart enough to support him, by in large already are; while the a certain segment of on-the-fence women need some pandering to.

I'm just glad I'm not deaf. Whoever did the close captioning on that speech needs to be sacked. Deaf people everywhere are wondering where those two Supreme Court Justices, "Your Search" and "Bread Capital" came from. Unbelievable....

You are so miserable

Trump’s delivery was heartfelt and sincere. The man loves babies. It’s obvious. He’s not really that good of an actor.

Moreover - nobody, not even Evangelicals or Trump’s staunchest supporters believe that he is devout in any faith. But he does show respect, and genuine support for true people of faith - and all faiths at that.

Finally, I’m not an Evangelical. I’m a lapsed Catholic who goes to church intermittently. But I’m also a believer. And I completely understand his fundamental moral and legal objection to the practice of abortion. I can’t have children of my own. I’d freaking lay down my life for a child nonetheless. It’s a reflection on my faith and my value system. And Trump’s too. Babies are hope. And they are the future. To think they are an inconvenience is disgusting to me. And I’m proud of the POTUS for being the First President in History, even despite TWO evangelical presidents before him (Carter and W) to actually take a stand on an issue that they were too chicken shite to make.

It’s sincere because it is risky. It’s not the “cool” position. If Jimmy Carter or Joe Biden or Nancy Pelosi are such a believers - why aren’t they addressing that crowd? I’ll tell you why-it’s bc it’s politically unpopular. Trump wasn’t doing this to be liked. He was doing this to support an issue that he thought was right.

God Democrats are ridiculous. And I have specific ire for “feminists” who think motherhood isn’t part of a woman’s power.

My wife was placed for adoption by an 18 year old college student in 1968. She got it!

The world is better for having my wife with us. My kids and I definitely agree.

Nancy Pelosi claims to be a Catholic. How does her public position hold up with her personal convictions? Which one is she lying about?

Do you know any Catholics who believe in the Roe standard of abortions?

Are they liars?

I’m a Trump fan and all, but he funds Planned Parenthood. Let’s be honest here.

Indubitably and hypocrites. Most are the 2-day Catholics. They attend Mass Easter Sunday and Christmas Day.

I wish someone would ask Ralph Northern if they could name the baby while making it comfortable and discussing with the mother and doctors.

It doesn’t matter that trump is not himself religious

What matters is that he is fighting for and against policies that are important issues in the Christian community

This this and well this!

The pope may be a better practicing Christian, but he cant hold a candle to what Trump has done to promote Christian values the last three years in office. Whether it be moving the embassy in Israel, being an unabashed supporter of pro life, praying in the oval office, bringing back Merry Christmas, or my favorite, admonishing Congress that this nation was formed one nation under God, in God we trust and least you forget it....look up it is written on the Capitol dome for all to see.

And a little known fact by the sjw out there.....

quote:

"In God We Trust", also written as "In God we trust", is the official motto of the United States of America and of the U.S. state of Florida. It was adopted by the U.S. Congress in 1956, supplanting E pluribus unum, in use since the initial 1776 design of the Great Seal of the United States.

So one can't be a Catholic and also believe in Roe Abortions.

Should they give up being Catholics?
