They can believe whatever they want, they won’t be forced out of the church. It doesn’t mean that it’s not hypocritical and that the beliefs aren’t incompatible.

Abortion is a make or break issue for me, and hearing this speech only solidifies my support for the president. He may not know it, but he has Gods hand in him.

I like the term Birth control abortions more than Roe Abortions. Better yet, let's just call it what it is... Murder.

They can believe and practice however they want, but what would Jesus do?

quote:

Given the scientific fact that human life begins at conception, the only moral norm needed to understand the Church's opposition to abortion is the principle that each and every human life has inherent dignity, and thus must be treated with the respect due to a human person.

word for word that is the Catholic Church's belief. Even our Progressive, Socialist Pope Francis believes that abortion is no different than hiring a hitman. That said the church doesn't demand anything.

The Catholic doctrine also says to be an approved marriage it must happen in a church if both parties are Catholic. Separation b/w church and State allow the opposite but that doesn't mean the church won't recognize the marriage.

Does that mean that everyone that enlopes or chooses a destination wedding is a hypocrite? No, because the Catholic church offers options, meetings, church declaration, and aid through the church and your priest.

The Church has been adamant throughout the time that abortion was not supported by the church. In the end, their own decisions and actions shape who they are in the eyes of God, not the church.

It’s in there twice, both the OT & the NT.

The verse, as he wrote it, does not show up in a search of both the OT and NT. Maybe he combined two verses or paraphrased it.
